Share
When you're ready to play, the last thing you want is to fumble with a complicated setup. That's why we made Dropshot plug-and-play. Whether you’re on a local court or setting up for league night, here’s how to get started - fast.
Step 1: Power It On
Press the power button on the back of the scoreboard. You'll see the screen light up with A | b. It’s ready to connect.
Step 2: Position the Scoreboard
You can place Dropshot:
- Hanging on a chain-link fence using the built-in hooks
- Standing upright on the ground using the fold-out feet
-
Mounted to a custom bracket if you’re at a permanent facility
The screen auto-adjusts brightness depending on the ambient light - so it’s visible whether you're in the shade or full sun.
Step 3: Connect a Remote or Apple Watch
From here, connect one of two control devices:
-
Apple Watch App: Open the Dropshot app and tap pair to connect. Tap to start a new game.

-
Dropshot Remote: It auto-pairs if it’s been linked before. If not, hold the pairing button until the light blinks, then press the connect button on the scoreboard.
Step 4: Start Playing
Once connected, simply tap your device to indicate who won the rally. Dropshot will:
- Update the score
- Update the server number
- Update the serving side
-
Display everything clearly to both teams and spectators
You’ll never wonder what the score is - or who’s serving next.
Designed for Speed. Built for Real Play.
Whether it’s your first game or your fiftieth, setup should never be the hard part. With Dropshot, it isn’t.
